Check-in & Check-out:
Your room is available for occupancy after 3 p.m. Please vacate your room on your departure date by 11 a.m.
Dogs:
€ 10,- per day and dog (w/o food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or wellness area.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance:
To avoid any worries regarding your reservations, we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance through our partners at "Europäische Reiseversicherung". We would be glad to send you additional information.
Cancellations:
No cancellation penalties apply up to 30 days prior to arrival. In other instances, Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines will apply.
