Our reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00. If you arrive later than 21:00, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to give you the necessary information for the “SELF-CHECK-IN” (key box, ect..). Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.
In the adult room (extra bed):
- 0-2 years free of charge,
- 3 to 8 years -70% discount
- 09 to 13 years -50% discount
- from 14 years -30% discount
Cancellation conditions 2024/2025
The cancellation rules according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.
This means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the booking price
Cash, debit card or credit cards. As a booking confirmation, a deposit is desired.
For your four-legged friend we charge € 18,- per day (without food). We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining room and lounges.
