Immediately after breakfast on the cross-country skis? The “Junger Römer” makes it possible, because the entrance to the cross-country ski run is right at the door of the hotel. The trail leads you over 160 km on well-kept trails through the beautiful landscape. There are different levels of difficulty – for families and athletes, for beginners and professionals. Since 2016 we are a member of “Cross Country Ski Holidays”.

Start directly at the hotel in the 67.1 km long Tauernloipe, which connects 6 places of the region including Radstadt. Light lyvaried terrain, entry possibilities from any place, sections suitable for every condition and technique.
FREE USE of the trails
High-altitude trail Rossbrand
Start in Filzmoos (approx. 15 minutes drive from Radstadt), ascent with the Papagenobahn (in the town centre on the right). This 12 km long high-altitude trail rewards you at the summit cross with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the mountains.
Start directly at the hotel on the 19.5 km long trail from Radstadt to Mandling.
Start directly at the hotel in the 11 km long trail to Untertauern. Scenic & challenging trail with approx. 120 HM
Night cross-country skiing trail Radstadt
Start in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. This trail is something very special for the night owls among you! This 2 km long tour is illuminated and is an absolute MUST for all cross-country skiing enthusiasts!
GNADENALM – CROSS-COUNTRY TRAILS
Starting point between Ober- and Untertauern, about 10 minutes by car from the hotel. This network of trails is located in a snow-proof & wind-protected area at 1,350m above sea level. Additional snow safety is guaranteed by artificial snowmaking.
Learning the right technique is fun. Our cross-country schools offer cross-country skiing courses for beginners as well as advanced skiers. The optimal movement sequence up to the correct choice of material is learned. More experienced cross-country skiers can refine their style in the courses.
