Things to know about cancellation fees, child discount, travel cancellation, etc.

Cancellation conditions 2023

The cancellation rules according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply.

This means:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
  • In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the booking price

Prices: All prices are in EURO and per person and day incl. the Römer Verwöhnpension and free entrance to the wellness area.

Local tax: Statutory local tax of € 1.90 per person per day will be charged extra (children up to 15 years of age do not pay local tax).

Arrival and departure: Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

Check-In: Our reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00. If you arrive later than 21:00, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to give you the necessary information for the “SELF-CHECK-IN” (key box, ect..).

Children discounts: with two full-paying persons in the room. 0-2 years 100%, 3-8 years 70%, 9-14 years 50%, 15 years and older 30%.

Credit cards: EURO, VISA, DINERS and MAESTRO

In case of early departure or in case of cancellation the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply agreed (ÖHVB).

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. All info about Hotelstorno PLUS can be found here (valid from October 11, 2021).

Dogs in the hotel: cost contribution EURO 18,- per dog and day (without food). We ask for your understanding that the four-legged friend may not be taken into the dining rooms and lounges.

General information about your booking: All rooms with cable and Sky TV, free internet access via WLAN, direct dial telephone, radio, safe and hairdryer. Bathrobe is ready for the duration of your stay.

All rooms are non-smoking.

For golfers

  • Green fee discount: 33% discount on the daily green fee at the local GC Radstadt course, 20% discount on neighboring courses in the region
  • Free use of putting green

In winter

  • Free ski bus in front of the house
  • Access to the cross-country ski trail network directly in front of the house door
